We are looking for amazing parent volunteers to help make lunch time run safely and smoothly. Being a lunch duty volunteer is one of the best ways to get to know our school and student body! Please sign up for a 1.5 hour shift as the school has 3 lunches.  All volunteers need to sign-in and out at the school office.  Please arrive by 11:05am is possible.   Mina Rizova is the counselor from Youth Eastside Services (YES), serving the Rose Hill and Stella Schola Middle Schools. This is her fourth year working in this learning community. She has a master’s degree in counseling from Seattle University and holds a dual license as a Mental Health and Substance Abuse counselor. On Tuesday, September 20th, 6:00-7:50 pm, Rose Hill Middle School and the RHMS PTSA will be hosting a RHMS Community Event and Open House. The format will be different than a traditional “curriculum night”. Beginning at 6:00pm, the PTSA will be providing food and refreshments (until it runs out) in the courtyard, there will be RHMS student musical performances in the Commons, and it will be an opportunity for all members of the RHMS family to mingle and build community. Staff Appreciation Chair To make our appreciation events truly special for our staff, we ask for volunteers to provide food donations and their time.
