Hearing & Vision Screening    The RHMS Health Services team needs about 20 volunteers to help with 7th grade Hearing and Vision Screening on  Tuesday, December 10  from  7:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  No medical expertise or previous experience is needed. The school nursing staff will provide training before the first group of students arrives. Roles needed: Coordinator (1) : Arrive early at 7:15 a.m., set up coffee and snacks, greet volunteers and provide name tags. The coordinator is also welcome to stay and help perform screenings. RHMS PTSA Votes to Support LWSD Levy Campaign
Support the LWSD Levy Campaign The Lake Washington School District will run a Levy on the November 2024 ballot to address aging facilities. If approved, the district will use the funds to rebuild and enlarge the remaining facilities across the district that have not been updated since LWSD began a modernization plan over 25 years ago. LWPTSA Council, in coordination with Lake Washington School District, is hosting our 8th annual Welcome Event for New and International Families on Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 4 to 7 pm , at the  LWSD Resource Center  ( 16250 NE 74th St., Redmond WA 98052 ). Back-To-School Prep Day On Prep Day, you can take care of back-to-school business such as joining the PTSA, preordering a yearbook, purchasing an ASB card, RHMS apparel, and a PE shirt (or 2!). You will have the opportunity to meet with the registrar to update address changes or other registration services. The Health Room staff will be on hand to accept any medications needed for the start of the school year (completed medication form signed by physician required), immunization paperwork, or a signed Individual Health Plan (IHP).
