How to Check your Directory Information

You can log in to check what contact information in the directory you want to make visible to others. PTSA membership is not required to make an account on our website; however, only PTSA members will have access to the online directory. 

Here are the steps to check what information you want to make visible for others in the directory:

A) If you are a PTSA member who already has an account online:

    1. Log in with your username in www.rhmsptsa.org
    2. On the bottom of the left bar, select My Account
    3. Under the Parents table, select Edit
    4. On the bottom section, Online Directory Settingsuncheck the fields you would NOT want to have visible in the directory
    5. Repeat steps 3-4 for the other adult(s) in the account.

B) If you do not have an account online (whether you are a member or not):

    1. Go to www.rhmsptsa.org
    2. On top right, click Sign In
    3. Enter your email address
    4. Click Don’t have a password.
    5. Follow the steps to create an account
    6. After you created an account, follow the steps in A) If you are a PTSA member who already has an account online (see above)
