Planning to Volunteer in RHMS This Year?

The Lake Washington School District recognizes the value of volunteers and their contributions to our students' education and LWSD's mission. All volunteers must go through the district's volunteer application process and be approved before beginning a volunteer assignment.

Parents, relatives and community members (including vendors for enrichment programs) can complete an online application quickly through Raptor. Students who want to volunteer in schools other than their own have to complete the Student Volunteer Application.

Here are a few reminders about the volunteer application process:

• Volunteer approvals are valid for two years.
• Volunteers who are approved can log into their Raptor Volunteer Portal to check the expiration date of their volunteer application.
• Volunteers can also contact Chris Robison (crobison@lwsd.org) to check on volunteer status.
• Reminder emails will be sent out 30 days before an approval is due to expire. Due to some email filters, this email may go to the junk folder. A search for "Raptor" will locate the email.
